Quality: what is registerable, and what we will confirm per order
Two different things get called "certification". Government-issued registrations we can show you today. Standard certifications and test reports depend on scope — so we confirm those per order rather than listing them as if they exist.

We do not list certifications we cannot evidence. Several competitors list ISO certificates on their sites without a certificate number. If you are comparing suppliers, ask every one of them for the certificate number and scope — that single question sorts out most of the field.
Quality questions
Do you have ISO 9001?
Ask us for the current certificate and its scope. We would rather confirm the exact scope of any certificate than imply a certification we cannot evidence on your specific scope.
Which documentation can you supply with a first order?
Typically material declarations, a dimensional report against the approved drawing, and declaration samples signed off before production. For specific regulated markets or customer audits, send the document list your compliance team requires and we will confirm what we can issue before you order.
How do you handle specification changes?
Any change to drawing, material or decoration goes through a written change note and a revised sample. Nothing changes on the production floor without an approval against it.
What happens if a batch fails inspection?
It is quarantined, the cause is identified, and we come back with either rework or a replacement proposal. We would rather tell you early than ship and let you find it.
Do you support customer audits?
Yes, with notice. Tell us the scope and the auditor's requirements in advance so the visit is productive.
How is batch traceability handled?
Batches are traceable through the production record. For regulated applications we can agree a traceability method in the quality agreement before the first order.
